Refund Policy for Custom Orders
We understand that each custom order is unique and personalized to your specific requirements. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. However, please note the following refund policies for custom orders:
Cancellation Period:
You may cancel your custom order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit, agreed upon during the order confirmation, will be retained to cover initial design and customization efforts.
Approval Process:
Before production begins, we will provide you with proofs or prototypes for your approval. It is crucial to carefully review and approve these designs, as changes after approval may not be possible.
Quality Assurance:
We take utmost care to ensure the quality of our custom orders. In the rare event that you receive a product with defects or deviations from the approved design, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order for resolution.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered if there are substantial defects or deviations from the approved design that cannot be reasonably rectified. Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition.
Exclusions:
Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind, dissatisfaction with design choices made during the approval process, or if the product meets the agreed-upon specifications.

At The Knotty Weaver, we take great care in preparing each class to provide you with a unique and enriching experience. Our commitment to quality involves significant time and effort in preparing materials tailored to each attendee. Here's a glimpse into the intricate process:
Materials Preparation:
Prior to every class, we dedicate considerable time to dyeing the wool and crafting the yarn, ensuring vibrant and high-quality materials for your hands-on experience.
Loom Setup:
We meticulously warp the looms, a process that demands attention to detail, precision, and skill, all aimed at creating an optimal environment for your weaving journey.
Customized Materials Packing:
Each attendee's materials are carefully selected, packed, and organized to guarantee a seamless and enjoyable learning experience.
In light of these extensive preparations, we've implemented a refund policy to account for the labor and resources invested in creating a tailored experience for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to cancellations, and we appreciate your understanding of the following fees:
Cancellation Within 48 Hours:
A 25% cancellation fee reflects the effort and resources invested in the preparations leading up to the class.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
For cancellations made within 24 hours, a 50% fee is applied to cover the substantial work already undertaken in anticipation of your participation.
How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund, please contact us at brittanie@theknottyweaver.org with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
Exceptions:
Refunds may not be applicable in certain circumstances, such as special events or circumstances beyond your control. Contact our support team for further assistance.
